48 hour Cancellation Policy

​

In order to maintain high standards of service we require a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling or changing an appointment.
A 100% charge will be made for late notice or missed appointments. Services over 45 minutes may require a 50% deposit.

 

• + Early morning appointments ( 8-9am.) are subject to advanced booking.

• + Complimentary hair consultations available in the salon. Colour clients required to have a skin test 48h prior colour appointments.

      Please note that payments made with American Express credit cards will be subject to a 2.8% surcharge on the total cost of services at             checkout in the salon.
